While we can look at the PASS data and get a general sense of how students are feeling, either by grade or some other groupings, I feel we are missing student voices. Conducting small interviews to get student perceptions on a range of things, teachers, feedback methods, use of technology, classroom atmosphere, access to facilities, wall displays, or anything else would help give more meaning to the data. As well, these interviews could allow for more insight into what changes we can make to improve.

I also think we need to have a system in place to manage the data and keep track new data coming in so that we can use everything we have to tell student data stories.

I am surprised how these data generate a profile for our students which may not be obvious. I like use of the ABCD quadrants in the verbal-non verbal chart and the Quantitative-spatial chart. I wonder if we have misdiagnose or mistreated any students. (ie a D student but treated as a C and vise versa). I also wonder what are our spikes that possible lead to undesirables in the data. What then be our curbsides?
