Adlerian and Reality theory are similar in the aspect that they both focus on an individuals relationship with other people.
2. How do they conflict with one another?
Adlerian and Reality conflict with each other because Adlerian is family driven and Reality focuses on fulfilling need for love and belonging
3. How will you integrate them into your practice?
I like both of these theories very much. I would use Adlerian with clients who have issues that are directly to do with their family.
