Metasearch - Searchers other search engines
Boolean Search - search using connectors such as "and" and "or" to limit results
Library gateways - Specialized databases that may be limited to a specefic subject, and are vetted by professionals.
Specialized Databases - Databases dedicated to linking only those sites in a specific area with confirmed information. May also be limited ot a certain academic level, such as a college database with college level research publications.
