This is the link to Public Health England which talks through the differences in life expectancy within Europe and has explanations for it! Further down the document there are 2 really good graphs (Figure 2) which show which shows the countries in order of highest-lowest life expectancy and where the UK is within this. i cant figure out how to put a screenshot of these on here, sorry!

If we wanted to focus on females then figure 8 focuses upon cancer within women and the top one is Breast Cancer and England has quite a higher death rate due to Breast Cancer compared to Spain. So one idea could be a campaign to increase awareness of the importance of going for screenings, checking yourself, going to GP with any concerns etc especially in younger women? I know there are fundraising and charities for Breast Cancer but not sure how many campaigns there are?
