With the module structure of weekly workshops the classes lack the depth of learning usually found in modules which generally contain 2 to 3 hours of lecture material a week plus seminar time or practical classes.

The onus is on self-study and personal reflection through blogging as well as developing new skills required to produce a digital story. The is a great energy from the staff and its been inspiring to hear from them and everyone in the class about many of the issues we are passionate about. It is a challenge fitting it in with everything else, but will try my best to keep persevering because it is actually a really enjoyable class!
