At an HSC entrance:

Tap your HSC Security Access card on the declaration reader. By tapping to enter, you confirm you have self-screened and self-declared that you are fit to work to the current requirements. Card readers are black with a light which changes from red to green to confirm the tap.
DO NOT follow another person into a building, wait for the door to close and the reader to turn red before scanning. Ensure the light turns green when you tap the reader.
Compliance is being monitored and failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
Sanitize your hands.
Anyone entering HSC is required to wear a medical mask.

If COVID-19 rapid testing is required please follow process in place

For any senior practicum students who would like the use of a locker during their practicum, the following process should be used by Senior Practicum Advisor to obtain locker space for students. Email HSC_LOCKERS@hsc.mb.ca the following information:

1. The number of female and male lockers needed

2. The start/end time that the lockers are needed

3. A contact name, phone number, fax number, email address, and name of educational institution

This area will confirm locker availability. Please note that students are required to bring their own locks. Locks left on lockers after the clinical experience has ended for the term will be removed by HSC Security and locker contents will be placed in the Lost and Found located at Main Entry (MS108).
