- Left residential school and lives with her mother.
- Nustrat's father died when she was 5
- Cared by her mother and community center volunteers.
- Epilepsy is not currently well  controlled. 
- Difficulties in expressing her own needs, wants and wishes.
- She has her own personal care plan at the center. 
- Easily attached people that are friendly
- She enjoys dance and drama
- Makaton symbols has been provided for her,to support her independence.
