We encounter challenges like the GAP - time, workload, multiple responsibilities and unexpected changes, varying family dynamics.

At the same time, we have have multiple SHINNING STARS AND ROCKETS when everyone works together to build BRIDGE with the team and families.

We experience wins like children learning to request for what they want instead of screaming, children being able to participate in daily living such as toileting, toothbrushing, and parents expressing their thankfulness for their children's improvements.
