         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jantar Mantar observatory was built by Swai Jai Singh 2<sup>nd</sup> in 1734 and located in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, has been most visited tourist destination. Swai Jai Singh 2<sup>nd</sup> not only built in Jaipur but also in other cities of India as well, including Mathura, Delhi, Ujjain, and Varanasi. At present, only the observatory of Jaipur is functioning, other observatories have been ignored by government of India as well as its predecessors; that is why, only remains are left to see. Jaipur observatory consists of 19 instruments, such as Jai Prakash Yantra, Samrat Yantra, Chakra Yantra, Rama Yantra, Utaansh Yantra, Disha Yantra, and more, and some of them are made out of stone among them, the stone sundial is one of the largest sundials in the world which is used to calculate the time on the basis of shadow.
