1. Thyself/ourself :( our instinct -mostly when we are in our grown-up period and our enthusiasm)
2. Our family:
   * Family (motivation/ inspiration, criticism, mostly During our Young Ages)

  *Our close kin people/ relatives, specially elderly relatives( may belong to a highly educated background and have better knowledge and grooming)
3) Our society:
* Teachers :( Who understands our potential and suggest through their views). *Peer groups influence: Friends ( Through a collective understanding 
     *Close person of our life( lover/best friends/ any close friend of us/ our role model)    
      *Motivational speakers
We might have some special cases in our society like Husband on Wife's Education ( It can vary- either help through supportive or oppose through discouragement)

Besides these, we have some elements as well which can influence our decision in education. Such as-
  •    school, college, and institutions
  •     State
  •     Digital platforms and internet facilities
  •      Extracurricular curriculum oriented clubs
  •      Financial Issues ( the scarcity of finance can also persuade our decisions regarding Education)
