I have not made a lot of use of PLN's to date. I have attended several IT conferences where I always add a few of the speakers twitter accounts, but then I never really read their tweets. At the moment, I do not even have twitter on my phone after a recent upgrade. This is an area I really need to make a better effort in as it is easier to stay up to date on with recent developments without spending as much time looking for things on the web. I think sometimes I feel I am already over inundated with every one's activities that I do not want to add anymore information. Not the best excuse and I just need to learn how to focus my channels down to the relevant information streams
