         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my class, one student, frequently refuses to participate in class activities, and disturbs other students during the  instructions. When I encourage him to take notes, he pushes his notebook away and turns to distract his classmates. He is also aggressive when someone tries to stop him. Trying to manage his behaviours become my daily stress as the behaviours really challenge the teacher’s authority. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>I need your suggestions!</strong></p>]]></description>
