We feel beleaguered, put upon, attacked by our circumstances. We resist the reality of our actions - and their consequences.  Nothing we do is ever enough for the yawning maw of capitalism.

Put it down. Even just for an hour. Your productivity does not define your worth. Sometimes the best thing you can do for other people is to remember yourself. You are enough.
