In order to find out my shortage, I will first go over my in-class self-insights. Doing all the assessments again and more cautious, because sometimes we don’t have enough time to deeply thinking of the questions on class, and we didn’t choose the answers carefully. After figuring out my existing leadership style and characteristics, I will get the knowledge of my lacking leadership skills. Meantime, I will ask my previous team members, since there is a folk adage in my country said that “those closely involved cannot see as clearly as those outside”, those people who had worked with me would tell me what I’m good at and what I’m not good at. Matching the feedback from my team members with the leadership skills, it will help me to find out my deficiencies. Getting the information of myself from the team, and start thinking critically. Good leaders are aware of potential opportunities and take advantage of them to benefit the company and employees (Yan, 2016). 
After defining my deficiency, I can make plans to improve my leadership skills.

It’s a step by step plan that I need to accomplish my first goal so that I can process my second goal. Since the shortage of my leadership style has already been figured out. First thing I will do is to pay attention to my missing skills in next semester. With a new chance of having a new team, I will tend to use the skills what I don’t have as well as those skills I usually used before. It gives me time and opportunities to adapt and combine with my previous style. 
Also, practicing leadership in a variety of settings and observing leaders in a variety of settings will enhance leadership skills (Serafin, 2011). Expand our circle is another way to enhance our leadership skills, stepping out the current circle and looking for some experienced people to share they experience with me. 
The most important action in my goal is to motivating the whole team, and achieve nice results in next semester, because I believe that team is always stronger than individuals.
