However, by the age of 10, he was struck by a lightning bolt during a storm. After this accident, he began to randomly shoot electricity after his emotions became intense. Over the ages, as he grew up he became infatuated by the fighting styles shown by anime protagonists and MMA fights his father watches from time to time. By the age of 15, he began to make late-night trips outside to stop any nearby crime. At first, he began to solely-rely on his electrical powers but over time as he began to understand his limits he relied more on MMA and anime fight styles using his electrical powers to boost his physical abilities such as speed and strength. Though he can't constantly use his powers as he is only more resistant to electricity and not immune to it. He has placed himself as his town's vigilante. He has one sister with whom he shares his food and shelter as they live within the walls of a corrupt government that could care less about their homeless population. His sister does not know Saturo is a “superhero/villain”; they have been orphans since Saturo was 8 years old. Saturo is a descendant from a faction of titans who rebelled against the King due to his xenophobia but were ultimately stopped.

Saturo seeks revenge after he learns about the history of his faction and the rest of the world. He wants to gain the power of the “founding titan” to destroy the world, in an effort to eradicate xenophobia through fear.

Saturo is a titan shifter; he is known as the “war hammer titan” emblematic of the hammer of justice he intends to slam humanity with.

Saturo’s Prop is a black hammer made of others hatred; the more hateful people are, the stronger he gets. Saturo can make any weapon he thinks of through this power. 

His costume represents the disconnect he experienced throughout the years; his body design is “rebel-like” and his head design is “jail-like” - a metaphor to describe how he felt once - he was exiled and ostracized from society like those in the prison system.

And when they run off, Angel starts plotting for revenge. She disguises herself as a human woman and tracks down the same victim she's tormented. She goes by Angelina Brugmansia, or just Ms. Brugmansia. Essentially she acts as an innocent housewife who reads the bible and goes to church. Sometimes she'll spot her victim in church. She'll invite him over to her "house," make him a salad, and attempt to flirt with him. But oh no! she secretly chopped up a bunch of Angel Trumpet's and hid them in the salad! these flowers are known to be poisonous to the human body when consumed. Once that victim eats it, he usually faints, is sent to the hospital, and either gets terminally ill or dies. But not before she reveals her true self, Angel, before the man faints. His only flaw is that he can only produce four bullets a day.  If he hits a person with one bullet, they are marked and cursed for life. And if he hits the same person with another bullet, it kills them instantly. He wears regular clothes however he always carries a sniper with him to reach his enemies. The mark on his hand is the curse.

It allows him to move faster than the speed of light, create mirages, dimension travel, accelerated healing, paralyze enemies and even burn off parts of their body by generating electrical currents through the palm of his hands. His iconic weapon is a scythe that enhances his own power and allows him to manipulate and steal the powers of others but only for a limited amount of time and only if the blade injuries his opponent. The scythe is not a physical object but is essentially a part of him with him being able to summon it. 
Accused of having devil possessed powers, Rai has been alone his entire childhood and has been looked down upon. He grew up with this mentality that he was cursed and carried a heavy burden. Rai believes the world is rotten and someone should be the one to get rid of those who are making it rot. And in order to do so, he’ll gladly become a god or a devil himself. He believes no one else is capable of or willing to wipe the world of the disease evil is. His mentality consists of seeing a perfect world with “sinless” people, those who commit immoral acts do not deserve to live. He makes it his will to fit his ideology onto the world and has taken thousands of lives in the name of it. He believes he is the only one who can be tainted in the end to make his reality come true. Whoever does not fit his judgment, ultimately faces his wrath.
