It was an japanese attack on the Americans that had stationed themselves in Hawaii. Japans only hope in this war was the element of surprise. They wanted to surprise the US by attacking them when not expecting it. Japan wanted to wipe them so they wouldn't be a threat to them anymore. This lead up to them getting mombed twice.

After Germany had conquered most of Europe there was only one major country that they had to fight. This last country was the United Kingdom, also known as the Great Britain, but before they could do that, they had to destroy Britain’s air force. When doing this, they tried bombing their air force. This battle happened the 10th of july in the year 1940 and ended 31st October 1940. It didn’t last to long but still lasted some months, and in these months a lot of damage was done. The entirety of this battle was in the Great Britain, German soldiers flew to Britain and tried bombing them. But ended up losing. This battle happened mostly because Britain was the major enemy for Germany to fight. They wanted to conquer it, so they tried bombing small cities first, then Hitler got frustrated and wanted to attack the royal air force first. But Britain was better, they defeated Germany and won the attack.

This battle happened in Normany, France. The D-Day is known to have the most bloodshed out of all battles. It was an attack that was started by the Frenchmen. This battle started when Hitler thought the invasion force was gonna cross the English channel. But they avoided some heavy defence on the coast. It was mostly American, Canadian and british soldiers that had fought in the battle. This was an invasion that didn't go as planned. The amount of soldiers they lost were about 4,413 allied soldiers on this day, but 4,000-9,000 Germans were killed too. In the end it was the Allied (US, UK and CA) that won the battle in the end.
