Packets were provided to students when School Counselors went into the classrooms for presentations. Packets were provided to students who missed this day when School Counselors met with them individually for official course registration.

School Counselors went into the classrooms and discussed the 2026/ 2027 school year SHS courses. We provided the course registration packet to each student and went over course options. We went over graduation requirements and answered any questions the students had regarding our classes, including academic high school course paths they can take with us at SHS.


Part 2:

Students with their class during specific times came to the media center to meet with their counselor individually and return the filled-out and signed course registration packet for the 2026/2027 school year.

  • If we offer the course on our campus, the students will need to take it with us face-to -face

  • The student needs to have a 2.5 GPA unweighted

  • The students need to take their core 4 on our campus (Math, English, Science, and Social Studies)

  • Approval by the student's School Counselor and/or Mrs. Sinatra and Dr. Brown is needed before a student can take a FLVS class.

  • If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to your student's School Counselor.
