         <description><![CDATA[<div>Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. Usually people have problems falling asleep.<br>The symptoms are sleeping for short periods, feeling like you didn't sleep at all.<br>The most serious consequences are feeling lack of energy, anxiety and depression, the least serious is not being able to concentrate.<br>Creating a routine is just as effective as doing physical activity, another option is to drink warm milk with honey before going to sleep. <br> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Usually the headache is not a serious symptom at all.<br>The most common causes are stress, depression or anxiety.<br>Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help relieve the worst throbbing of headaches. Cut a few inches into small pieces and pour boiling water over them. Then, drink it.</div>]]></description>
