         <description><![CDATA[<p>A card issued by a bank, allowing the transfer of money to another bank account when making a purchase. </p><p><strong>Advantages:</strong></p><ul><li>No debt</li><li>Don't have to carry cash</li><li>Don't have to make a trip to the bank or ATM to get money</li><li>If stolen, you can freeze or cancel the card/ account</li></ul><p><strong>Disadvantages:</strong></p><ul><li>You can't buy more than you have money for</li><li>Won't help to build your Credit Score</li><li>Lost easily</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Credit Card</p><p>Credit Card: A card that allows a person to purchase items on credit, but without a company  not valuable.</p><p>Advantages: Don't have to worry about bouncing checks, rewards, take up less space than cash, you can get cash back, harder to steal than cash, lots of options, if stolen then you can  cancel the card and make it useless,  customizable so you represent yourself.</p><p>Disadvantages: Late fees, can not be used as widely as debit cards, you can loose track of how much money you are spending, teaser rates, identity theft, spending more money than you have, after stolen easily used on the inter-webs, fraud, supports procratination, leads to irresponsibility</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A Debit Card is a card that is used to deduct the purchase amount directly from your checking account instead of drawing in a line of credit.</p><p>Pro - You can only spend the money you have in your account</p><p>         - Its more convenient to carry a debit card instead of cash, and saves time during transactions</p><p>         - You can get cash back when using a debit card</p><p>         - You have PIN number protection </p><p>        - You have to make less trips to the ATM, which means less ATM fees</p><p>        - You'll save on interest charges since you're not borrowing any money</p><p>Con - You could be fined by your bank if you overdraw your account</p><p>          -You can't improve your credit score when using a debit card</p><p>          - People can make counterfeit debit cards fairly easily</p><p>          - You might have to keep record of transactions with a debit card so you know your balance</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A printed order for payment of a specified sum, issued by a bank or post office.</p><p>Advantages:</p><p>Always Valid- They never expire</p><p>Cashable in 29 countries</p><p>May be replaceable if damaged, lost, or stolen. You just need to hold on to your purchase receipt.</p><p>The money order is purchased with cash, this maintains confidentiality of your account and guarantees payment to the payee.</p><p>A legal form of alternative payment, this provides you with a safe method of paying for goods or services where a personal check is not acceptable.</p><p>Money orders may be purchased up to a maximum, designated amount<b>.</b></p><p>You can access as much as necessary in your checking account at your financial institution, or you can use cash to pay for them.</p><p>Disadvantages:</p><p>There are fees for each money order purchased. Fees are nominal and will usually be attached directly to the transaction.</p><p>It is not cheap to use.</p><p>It is much less safe to use. You cannot change your mind once you use a money order, it is cash.</p><p>You cannot access your checks and your checking account 24/7. </p>]]></description>
