         <description><![CDATA[<div>--Getting Adequate Sleep<br>Going to bed early, and getting about 9 hours of sleep benefits teens because it limits technology usage and gives them energy for the next day. Some issues teens have with getting adequate sleep is being unable to fall asleep earlier, due to homework load or sports/other committments<br><br>-Getting Plenty of Physical Activity<br>Doing a sport or routinly going to the gym benefits teens by keeping them in shape, reduce stress, and release endorphins. Some teens have issues getting enough physical activity because of homework load, taking up all their free-time, or addiction to video games, which make them resist the urge to actively work out. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Spending Time in Nature<br>Walking outside (possibly with your dog), and going on a hike/outdoor adventure benefits teens by relieving stress and amplifying calm and serenity, and reduces screen usage. Teens can struggle with this because they may be addicted to video games/technology and thus may find walking outside less enjoyable.<br><br>-Set and Work Towards Goals <br>Setting goals finding motivation to achieve them, by spending time working towards them and effort into them, benefits teens by giving them something to work towards, motivating and encouraging them, and can be extremely emotionally rewarding when the goal is complete. Teens may struggle when trying to work towards goals because they may feel too committed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Developing new skills and interests<br>By trying out new hobbies, teens are increasing their skill set and becoming more open minded into new things. This is hard to start because they may find committing to something new and uncertain as scary or unappealing. <br><br>-Read a book for pleasure<br>reading a book increases a teens vocabulary and their intellect. They could find a genre they enjoy, and an author they like. Some teens may find books enjoyable because screens and technology is addictive.</div>]]></description>
