main idea 1: comedy films might have scenes that the audience might laugh at, which is associated with a sense of satisfaction and hilariousness. thus, watching films can reduce stress

main idea 2: film watching can serve as a means of escaping daily life

adventure, action or any film allows us to immerse ourselves into a new world that differentiates from our mutual lives, thus in that short time, we can temporarily forget about the weight of anxiety, stress, or expectation we suffer.
