Due to time restrictions I tried to keep my expectations realistic in order to produce a tangible result.

On the other hand, the implementation worked well and I could do everything I had planned, but I must admit that I was lucky that none of the students got sick and no difficulties arised. First I noticed things that I hadn't noticed before (e.g. attitude, concerns..).  I started to change, and so did some of my students. I also realized that I surely need a permanent critical friend! Of course, I hadn't all the time needed, because of Easter holidays and the preparation in Kindergarten for Easter.. Actually, time management was one of the critical aspects also in students' group working. We had to analyse with some pupils their lack of time, in order to discover what were the possible constraints and how we can use  time in a better way. So this obstacle became an extra task in the Action Research process. Anyway it seems that students (as well as teachers)have found some strategies; one of them is  finding an agreement in sharing tasks and roles inside the group.   My colleague and me agreed in  sharing the tests and surveys preparation and the collection of data that is almost done.

    As always happens, our job needs to deal with a limited time to carry on all the activities we plan to do.
    Obviously, due to the Covid delay of some European mobilities, they got to overlay  with this action research that, at the beginning, was the only hope and post -emergency innovative practice.

    Nevertheless, we implemented the project.
    The challenge is getting to the point:
     now we need to rationalize and make data, observations, notes more "scientifically and pedagogically" tested.
