- Regulated Industry Practices

Australia has some of the most complex legislation and laws on the service of gambling and alcohol in the world. The Australian Commision for Alcohol and Gambling governs a range of regulatory matters such as legislation and best practice policy. As Australia's largest provider of alcohol and gambling, Endeavour Group has a responsibility to ensure training is provided to all team members on our social responsibility and their role in store/venue when it comes to the service of alcohol and gambling.

- Complex Internal Policy

Endeavour Group's internal policies are complex and can be hard to digest. Endeavour's policies and procedures on compliance with RSA/RSG and our social responsibility are difficult to digest due to the nature of the content and the length.

- Large Team

Endeavour Group has over 30,000 employees across our retail and restaurant businesses all requiring training across our policies and procedures. This can be difficult to scale in a facilitator led format and team members require learning in compliance prior to starting on the store/venue floor.

Yearly Refresher - A refresher is required to help employees revisit training on our policy and procedure and to keep the team up to date with changes to legislation and internal policy

Data-Driven - Recent data from in-store/venue incidents shows a gap in our ID25 Policy and Refusal of Service Procedure.  This show shows our current training needs updating to improve learner outcomes.

E.g. Understand, Reduce, Uphold (Apply).This program focuses on the top four levels of Bloom's Taxonomy - Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyse.

Based on our learner persona's, the organisations values, ways of working and purpose, we use a range of friendly, light and easy to digest learning outcomes. We always go back to customer as seen in learning outcome 3. This may be a less traditional approach to how we write learning outcomes but it's important to design based on our people and purpose.

This why i have not taken into account SMART Goals.
