         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is a lot of pollution on salton sea because how people litter and then birds might eat the trash and then birds die and cause pollution or also if you leave trash on water fishes are going to eat it then die and other animals might eat  the fishes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some of the reasons that cause pollution is that dust blowing and fish dying causes the air pollution also all of the salt in the salton sea are killing fish because it's salty.  Also people are too lazy to through away there in the right spot trash so instead they throw on the ground or in the lake.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Previous attempts to use constructed wetlands for cleansing selenium form water were only able to reduce selenium&nbsp; in the outflow to about 5 or 6 parts per billion, but still not low enough to mitigate the negative environmental effects of the contaminants , ALSO another solution would be to sedimentation ponds to protect the water quality of a nearby stream and lakes</div>]]></description>
