Being an inquirer is getting skills for research. To inquire you need to be able to do research; to inquire about plants, you’d need to find books and articles and web pages about plants. Facts and also where to look.
To do research, you need to be able to inquire. To inquire is to be curious. You need to be curious to do good research. Curiosity leads to better research. To be interested in it, that curiosity needs to be there.
Sustain our love of learning throughout life: It’s not being super excited about one thing and doing research and looking things up, once you learn about that thing it’s done.
