I feel like it's important to have an area for people that don't do well in a distracting environment, so maybe a "teepee" of some sort for if they feel like people are becoming distracting. Also, I remember I did best in classrooms that didn't have desks in rows, but rather in a large square shape because if I sat in the back, I felt less a part of the conversation and learning and it was easy to just stop paying attention. My ideas are mostly directed to effective learning environments, rather than creative decor though.
