We have many leadership opportunities from our students! We are looking to have the intermediates create their own fitness circuits so that they are hopefully more motivated to participate in fitness tasks during class.  Our motivation for personal fitness is pretty weak here. Students are able to take a lead in their learning and often shows others, including the teacher - how to utilize a new tool or program. Technology is also helping students who struggle with producing work, through the use of tools like Text to Speech.
