         <description><![CDATA[<div>Angie<br><br>We have many leadership opportunities from our students! We are looking to have the intermediates create their own fitness circuits so that they are hopefully more motivated to participate in fitness tasks during class.  Our motivation for personal fitness is pretty weak here. Our thinking is if they are in charge, they will be more likely to get “excited” about fitness. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The use of technology in the classroom is growing, due to Google Classroom. Students are able to take a lead in their learning and often shows others, including the teacher - how to utilize a new tool or program. Technology is also helping students who struggle with producing work, through the use of tools like Text to Speech. <br><br>Teaching students to understand their needs (Zones of Regulation) and strategies that can help them when they are feeling anxious, silly, angry, sad, etc. By teaching students a variety of strategies and what works well for them - we are setting them up to be successful both inside and outside of the classroom.  </div>]]></description>
