         <description><![CDATA[<div>Universal Healthcare remains a global issue for most individuals and communities; nearly half of the world’s population is still uninsured. As a result, many people do not receive essential healthcare services such as routine primary care visits, preventative care, intervention and treatment. Affordability plays a major role in healthcare access; many individuals struggle with the financial hardships unforeseen illnesses can bring. Many countries have made improvements to achieving universal healthcare but the target goal is still hard to reach.</div>]]></description>
