I have so many blessings that I am grateful for faith, family, and friends, to name a few. But today, I am feeling incredibly grateful for a job I love and for leadership that cares about me as a person.

I have worked in many settings but I feel like I have found a place that genuinely cares about the betterment of the students and staff. I love that I can bounce ideas off of others and they come back with some fabulous ideas. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting that itch scratched before. Teamwork is really something that cannot be taught, its something that is seen as a need and executed.

Communication is also something I'm thankful for, without it we wouldn't know how others feel and how we make them feel included and wanted. It also makes sure that we are all on the same page of the story.

Lastly, Im thankful for a job that makes me excited/happy to wake up for in the mornings. I don't call it work, I call it school because I get to learn all day too.

I'm thankful to God for so many personal things: my family, friends, good health-I'll never take that for granted after beating breast cancer. Every clear scan and appointment is something I am thankful for.

Professionally: I'm thankful for my HES family and the many friendships that I have. I'm thankful for my students who show me how to overcome obstacles, to celebrate the small things, and to do so with humor and maybe a little craziness :) They make me a better teacher and person.

I am thankful for God's grace in my life. I've seen it over & over again. I'm also thankful for my friends. Its been a long time since I've had a core friend group in my life due to a betrayal in the past, but through Hiddenite, I have found that again. Thankful for a job I like coming to every day.

I am grateful for North Carolina and all her beauty. I am grateful to be able to teach and share music with over 500 students and to see the joy, giggles and fun they experience in my class. On a personal note, I live alone with my two kitties, and they don't hug well LOL. The many hugs I receive from the littles fills my heart with such joy.

I’m so thankful everyday for my salvation! But God sure knew I needed each of you and the Bethlehem friends! I have been praying for his will of where I am and what I needed to be doing next! He had the change already lined up for me. I truly appreciate each of you and thank you for allowing me to fit in. Your smiles and kindness have went a long ways and has made transition for me much smoother. My heart is so full! Thank you!!♥️♥️

I am thankful for my relationship with the Lord. I am thankful for how HE leads me and guides me through this walk of life. HE is always on time, never late. In addition to, I am thankful for my family, good health, a place to live....the list goes on!

I am also, extremely, grateful for our HES family. I love the way we support one another and love one another.

I am thankful for my salvation. To know that all but one of my children are saved and will be in heaven with me. Yet, continuing to pray daily for the one that has yet to make that heartfelt decision.

My family! I am so blessed to have the family that I have. There have been many valleys and many mountain top experiences. But GOD..... he has been there every step of the way. Listening to a service online and being reminded that Job lost all things important to him. That when he lost everything, he did not have hatred, he had thankfulness knowing that God had blessed him, even in his darkest days. Reminded that we must be thankful for the mountains and the valleys.

My HES family is one in a million. I am blessed to have each of you in my life!

God has been so good to me. There's no way I could list all that I am grateful for. First and foremost I am grateful for my relationship with Him.

I am SO grateful for my family. I always wanted a family growing up and now I have one!

I am thankful for the opportunity to work on our mission field with you guys and our students daily. They teach me as much, if not more than I teach them!

Lastly, I am thankful for second chances. Every day is a new chance to do better. No matter if it is better professionally, personally, or spiritually!

Colleagues, Communication, & Family

I am so appreciative of the relationships that we have in our building. I am thankful for colleagues that are willing to listen to suggestions and try anything thrown at them to help students!! I am blessed to have colleagues that I can collaborate and plan together!

I am grateful for my family. My husband, 2 daughters, and 2 fur babies are my world<3 We live a crazy busy life but I am truly blessed beyond measure!!

I am so thankful for each and everyone of you! The Lord has blessed me in so many ways! I am so thankful for my husband and children! Sometimes, I just reflect about how blessed I am to be their Mama. They keep me busy, but I am so proud of their accomplishments and determination. Carson enjoys giving out Gideon Bibles at school, and he is doing great with his first year of wrestling. Dawson loves playing basketball and he is really good at it! He is in the ACHS Band, and I have enjoyed watching him grow in his music this year. Trinity is so helpful, and she enjoys making bracelets and crafts. She is my little side kick, and she loves having a "girl day." I am so thankful that each of my children have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They are all very involved in our churches, and Carson has a beautiful singing voice. I am looking forward to all of the wonderful things that God has in store for them! Chris and I have been married for 18 years, and he is a wonderful husband and father to our children. Most importantly, I am thankful for my salvation. I don't know where I would be without Jesus. I am thankful for the good and bad days. Sometimes, the bad days are just what we need to help us lean closer to God. I am so thankful for my parents, grandparents, siblings/in-laws, cousins, aunts and uncles. The Lord has blessed me with a big family, and we are all very close to each other. Not everyone can say that about their family. Also, I am so thankful to attend two churches and have two church families. Hiddenite Elementary School is a wonderful place, and I am thankful that the Lord lead me here. Thank you all for being such wonderful coworkers!

I am thankful for my husband, three children and 2 dogs! They all keep me very busy. I am thankful for my salvation. I'm thankful that he is a loving, forgiving God! I have so much to thank him for!
