When Napoleon took over there became separate states, but he unified them. Until Revolutions of 1848 swept over. Sardinia was the first one to become independent after this happened. Not a lot agreed because there religious beliefs. Many tried to convince them but failed.

This happened between 1815 and 1871. They wanted to bring countries together in the Italian Peninsula. King Victor and Emmanuel ll were included in this. The end of it happened in 1871 when Rome was captured and made capital of Kingdom of Italy. This was important with leadership and Italians taking a step for independence.

Leader Otto von Bismarck led Prussia between 1864 and 1871. Three wars happened in unification against Denmark, Austria, France. They defeated France in 1871. After the empire was consumed by Prussia. Germany had an Emperor that made them strong within their miltary.

Otto von Bismarck led three wars in order to unify Germany. Soon after he combined others. Prussia happened to defeat France. Finally to his success he unified Germany in 1871. Otto was successful when it came to unifying Germany.

The most important part of their history was the battle of Carobobo. They were first apart of a Spanish colony before fighting for independence. They were influenced from other revolting countries. Lasted over a decade before gaining independence. Simon Bolivar was a key factor. Helping to unify them by 1830.

Simon Bolivar was a key factor in Venezuela's unification. He led movements in South Africa. He took over along with Venezuela, Colombia, and Ecuador. Soon he failed due to the region being too large. Simon ultimately failed his plan but was still a good leader.
