The student services and amenities fees (SSAF) fees for 2019 are as follows:

Full-time students on campus - $303 per year

Part-time students on campus - $227 per year

Full-time and part-time students off campus - $91-$227 per year

The SSAF fees are compulsory and pay for the cost to fund the uni and make it a nice place to be. This includes one capital work which involves upgrading one area of the campus. It also pays for multiple minor works throughout the campus. The majority of the cost goes into student services like providing food and drink. There are a few payment options for the SSAF fees such as paying the entire thing upfront, paying small amounts at regular intervals (similar to afterpay) or applying for a SA-HELP loan.
