Anne Frank is very anxious throughout the whole book so-far (rightfully so..) and it’s low key kinda relatable im a pretty anxious person and the way her family views her is so incredibly real omg don’t even get me STARTED.

a quote that stood out to me was on page 40 where Anne said she will let her children read Cissy van Marxveldt’s books, this stood out to me because it was just really sad to think about because she didn’t even get to make it to that age.

I’m so annoyed the book is..good..i guess, but she’s just so incredibly descriptive I literally cannot take this, and 15 minutes is not NEARLY enough to read so much, might resort to audio books 🥲🥲

There was this one page where she was making references to books and I felt like I was missing an inside joke or something I don’t remember the page and looking through 100 pages is…a lot..
