Introduction

Within this course, I have learned a lot of ways in how to properly read, analyze, and synthesize texts. I was able to do this when we had our reading within the different Modernist periods. I found each poem that we covered throughout this period very interesting. Also, within the annotation and interpretation of the poems that were covered within this course.

Within the second learning outcome, I had an understanding of the philosophies governing the Modernist movement. Within the different themes, for example, Lost Generation, with clear analysis of the works of text, I was able to differentiate the clear difference and separate the different themes within each work. The cultural aspect from the (LO) — it was hard at first to be able to understand the aspects within them, but when I learned more about the structure and time periods of the poems and read about the poets themselves, I was able to understand the cultural production such as World War I within the Lost Generation period.

Within this last (LO), it was a bit difficult for me at first, but I think that I was able to properly show my brainstorming capabilities within the researching. The improvement within my drafting compared to the revising practice. Within the creative writing, I was able to make connections within the themes that are presented within the Modernist period.

I hope this answers the Introduction portion. :)

This is my best brainstorming poem from the semester at least I think it is.

I think some aspects I find hard is within reading I still have to read three times to fully get the idea and message the work is giving. I would think the longer I do it it will get better but it hasnt. Same with writing I feel like it has not improved I just feel like I am stunted with my writing and I gget a lot of writers block which doesnt help. and for feed back in revision poems I feel like this is hard because if they ask for specific feedback I do not want to come off as harsh because that is not my intention all I want is to support my fellow peers so I struggle sometimes with how to give it properly.
