Dyslexia is a neurological disorder related to language (reading, writing, spelling, etc.) but can also effect other areas including social and emotional areas.

Strategies that can help students with dyslexia can help "neurotypical students" as well.

the simulations helped me better connect with students in my own class and got me thinking about underlying causes of why their academic performance is the way it is (handwriting, speed of work, holding the pencil very tightly, drawing, staying in the lines, etc.)
