I am writing this email to inform you about our upcoming event.

In six months later, our Company will turn 50 years old. That was when our company's 50th anniversary event was held. This event is very important not only for the company but also an event to pay tribute to the leaders who founded the company. Therefore, there will be many attendees such as: board of directors, investors, shareholders, managers, employees, customers... And especially there will be the presence of journalists, who will report on this company event. Therefore, it requires highly specialized event organizing skills, so our company will outsource to an event planner to ensure the program takes place in the best way.

Regarding the location, our company will hold the event at Trong Dong event center. It is a fairly large location and closest to our company to ensure the number of guests attending the event.

The event will last half a day. Starting from 15:00 to 23:00 with many diverse activities such as anniversary meetings, gratitude, welcome performances, outdoor buffet and interesting games,...

Suject: The guarantee policy of a product

Dear Pham Minh,

My name is Yen. I am the customer service officer in HT company. As far as I know, you bought a new version of vacuum cleaner at our store last week. Today, I am writing this email to inform you some information about the guarantee policy of the vacuum cleaner. We hope it will be useful to you someday.

HT products carry a full warranty for the period specified. With your item, warranty period is 12 months with 20 days return period- applied from the date of purchase by the first customer. Because you have purchased the vacuum cleaner for 1 week, the return time is only 13 days left. If the product has any damages or does not work, please return it to our store as quickly as possible to receive a replacement. During 12 months of use, if the product has any defects in material, design and workmanship, please contact us or go directly to the nearest store for repair free treatment or receive compensation.

However, the warranty does not cover the following: Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. Abuse or misuse also are not approved by HT for use with this product. The most important one you need to know that the warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name, model and serial no. of the product. Repair or replacement will  be carried out through the Company's Service Centres.

Our company will not be responsible for any issues with the product when the warranty is lost or expires. If you want, you can extend the warranty with 10 dollars for the next 6 months. I’ve heard that you are going to have an interview with ABC company next week. Congrats! That is the company that you have been always dreamed of when we were in high school. Today, I am writing this for you to tell you about my previous interview experience and I think it might be helpful to you.

Last month, I also received an interview invitation from AC pharmaceutical company for the position of accountant. During the interview, I was very surprised and a little panicked when I found out that the director of the company was the one who was going to interview me. But I tried to stay calm after that, so that I could do my best in my interview. First, the director asked me some basic information about myself such as name, age, education... Then a few questions about the company. Fortunately, I did a lot of research about this company, so I answered quite well and quickly. However, when he mentioned the salary I thought I deserved at the company, I was a little worried. I was silent for a while and gave him a certain number that made him laugh a bit. That was also the last question he asked me. I'm really not satisfied with my answer to the last question. If I had able to come back that moment, I would have answered more wisely. However, luck may have smiled on me, because I received a message to go to work after 5 days. When he met me at the company, the director told me I was a pretty straightforward person and he liked that about me.
