While we have a variety of tools to use, it is difficult to monitor students' engagement, on one hand, and to ensure it , on the other hand. Using google docs can help towards that direction. However, this means that the tutor has to set straightforward rules about the role of each student when dealing with a project, for example, and the specific work each student has to do (preferably also by using visual aids such as grids). Also  interested in further exploring the SAMR model and how it can be applied  in a lesson, it is my next goal for January. 
Last, because of the constant addition of new tools, more areas of technology attract more attention. AI is one of them and how it can actually enhance our classroom practice. Another one is learner's autonomy. I learned about it during the course. It is easy to use, it can be used for teaching/learning terms and definitions, it promotes autonomous learning since students can make their own vocabulary sets. I also enjoy immensely the fact that students can practice pronunciation and spelling and also play games which reinforces their memory.
