Lee Loke Lien served with her heart shown in her tone, speech and gesture. She calms patients whom are mostly in their aging years. Such small daily gestures mean a lot to us. Please send her our greatest appreciation. Proud of NHCS to have such a staff. She explains procedures and keep calm despite frustrations from some patients. Please encourage all staff to learn from her. Though it may be just a routine, she takes pride in her job with her great heart. Family members are thankful to meet such nice people when going through difficult.

Ms Lee Loke Lien, as a front desk staff she faces a barrage of questions from patients ranging from procedures to post-op outcomes to alternative treatments available all the time. I sat at the waiting area for half an hour and in just this period of time, I heard her manage multiple questions from multiple patients, and what really impressed me is how she could answer each question with as much information or detail provided as possible with an exceeding amount of patience, especially to the older patients. Kudos to her for holding the fort so well!!

Lee Loke Lien who makes sure that my next stop at Echo is arranged after my visit to return the Multiday. She printed the Queue No for me to avoid long waiting time and show me the direction where to go and make sure I understand the whole process of my examination.

As 1st time visited this, the counter only lady Miss Lee Loke Lien, who is professional, handling patients calmly and understanding. As my turn came waiting patiently to be call. I found out from her that she had been on duties alone, to handle, registration, payment and last I saw myself she even walking outside to guide the elderly on the self kiosks machine for registration.

Despite 'one man show', she is still putting her smiling face and told us to give her time to settle one another patient. I wish to appreciate her assistant and understanding.

NHCS should rewards her for her extract miles services provided and fortune to have such a great employee. Thank Miss Lee Loke Lien. Appreciated from my heart. You deserve this compliments.

Senior Patient Service Associate Executive Norizan went the extra mile to check on me when she saw me waiting for too long for my turn to be called. I bought my son in for a MRI scan (pre enlistment checkup) this morning and was attended by Erliana Eviyanty. I was very touched by her warm and friendly service. Sensing that both mother and son might be feeling jittery over the procedure, she took the time to explain and reassure hence making us felt more at ease. As a mother, I really appreciate her motherly gesture towards my son coaching him patiently how to put on the gown, storing his belongings into the locker, doing the safety checks etc. Definitely a great experience at the heart centre today!

I had applied for a letter from NHCS as my clinic doctor needed a memo to verify that I am fit to drive for my LTA renewal of Driving Licence. I went to the NHCS 4E Medical Report Unit on 24 May 2024. The officer Mr Sasi after filling up the form and with my signature told me he would send my case to the relevant doctor on an urgent basis as I told him I had delayed my application as I was initially not aware that my clinic practitioner required the memo before the medical examination. After waiting for a few days without further development, I called the Medical Report Unit to check. I even went to the Unit again on 31 May. Ms Yin Peng told me they had expedite my case and I had to wait.I wish to highlight that both staff Sasi and Yin Peng had been extremely patience and sincerely showed. Fortunately, the Medical Record Unit has these 2 extremely willing to assist patients and cool staff. Just glad to meet them. I did received my memo in time for my renewal licence application. Their help together with the doctors working hard to verify and certify the additional heart patients applications meant a lot to us. Thank you and please covey my message to Sasi and Yin Peng, especially their effort to call me, telling me not to be too stressful as they would try as fast as possible to expedite my application.

I am taking this opportunity to show our appreciation to Mr Sasithran Sandran of your Medical Reports Unit, Health Information Management Services.

I was indeed highly impressed with his politeness, professionalism, going an extra mile to assist is and in expediting from the time I had contacted him in writing and thereafter, with a request for the urgent issuance of my wife's past discharge summary of dated 2010. He was proactive, guided well and had kept me promptly updated all along. He also introduced himself with much politeness and confidence at the time of my picking the reports from the Medical Reports Unit.

He had indeed put me at much ease from the very beginning and accomplished timely. It appeared like a breeze !! I Wish to convey my sincere thanks to Mr Sasithran and firmly believe he is an asset to NHCS & will do extremely well in life. I wish him success always.

Aisyah Latin from the NHCS Clinical & Translational Research Office is a truly amazing service ambassador for NHCS and even the entire Singapore medical community. She is very professional, proactive and thorough in her follow up and instructions and provided very clear, practical and helpful health and exercise advices that far superior than any advice I ever received from exercise instructor's or doctors to improve my cardio and general health. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service I recived during my husband admission. Specifically, I want to commend Ms Lim Yu Fei for going above and beyond her duty to follow up our admission timing as we have waited since morning to late afternoon for Admission Office to call us to brief us the admission details. As it was difficult to reach the office, so I decided to call Ms Yu Fei. She received our call and act upon it immediately (even though she is on leave) and assuring us that my husband will definetly be admitted. Also she told us not to worry and give sometime to the admission office staff. After husband's surgery, she followed up via whatsapp to find out his condition and check with us if we still need any assistance.

I would like to thank Mr Jimmy Sum for so kindly taking the extra effort to guide me to my pickup location of NHCS. I approached the staff at the counter seeking directions to the pickup location. Mr Jimmy was discussing some stuff with the staff. However, upon hearing that I couldn't remember the way back to the pickup location, he was very kind to offer to walk me all to the way to the pickup location as this was my first visit to NHCS and my chauffeur was not sure of my location too. I greatly appreciate Mr Jimmy's kind gesture and willingness to assist me as I am just a very ordinary patient. After Mr Jimmy walked me to the pickup location, he even mentioned was happy that all is well. I am honestly very proud ti hane assisted by Mr Jimmy. Kudos to Mr Jimmy. I would like to express our gratitude for the great support rendered at NHCS last week, it was a very pleasant experience. Sanjit who helped us over the past wek m has exhibited a high level of professionalism. Eg. He suggested to us on an alternative solution to record the session when the presenter decided to use their personal projector due to the display resolution needed, at the last moment.
