My Trip to Georgia

Have you ever had that feeling when you know your completely at peace and at the key point of relaxation? Well that's exactly how I felt when I went to Georgia. On the first day of vacation we settled down at a family members house and went to another family members house (the people who were hosting the family reunion) and at first we were as shy as a turtle hiding in its shell but by the end of the night we were swimming with all the other kids and making sweet and eventful memories. The next day was the family reunion itself and everyone in the entire family went and socialized and it was very special because everyone was so upbeat and joyous to see each other once again. The next day in my opinion was the grandest. Me and my cousin and our two other boy cousins spent 8 hours swimming in the pool while everyone else went shopping and we got to become closer from bonding with each other. The last two days consisted of my cousin and I playing pool, uno and swimming with the two boys. Sadly all things must come to an end and even though the last day was depressing we knew in our hearts we have to see them all again soon.

4th of July Boomers Game

"SWEET CAROLINE BUM BUM BUM..." the crowd chanted as we watched a player hit a home run. It had been my first sports game that I've ever gone to. When me and my cousin got to the stadium, we immediately scoped out the Dippin' Dots and many other delicious food stands to get later that day. We sat and socialized while listening to the announcer, watching the game and singing along with the classic rock songs that were playing. Eventually, it was starting to get dark outside and that mean't that the fireworks would be starting soon. We ran off to the kids section to lay down in the grass and get ready for the fascinating fireworks. Finally, We heard "CRACK" as the fireworks started. It became pretty silent as the whole crowd watched in galore as they exploded across the sky so gracefully, almost like colorful dancers in the sky. To conclude, I know I will never forget this mesmerizing night .

My 12th Birthday

Finally. I thought to myself as I woke up, exhausted from the night before of being anxious of excitement for my birthday. I had a lot of preparing to do to get ready for this party and very little time to do it. After all the hard work was done, it was finally time to party. Me and my friends have a tradition of playing hide n seek at every party I have along with swimming and have a water gun fight which is absolutely so amusing. My favorite part of the parties is when we eat because we serve homemade gourmet dirt cake which everyone devours and scarfs down because of its heavenly taste. The best thing I have to say about this is my great friends and I am so eternally grateful to have them and I would certainly do anything for them in a heartbeat.

Have you ever have a moment where something could go from 10 to a million? Well I have. It was summer break and i was on vacation in Roswell, Georgia and I had thought my trip was coming to an end when I unexpectedly heard the news that we would be driving to Tennessee to go to Ruby Falls. Even though the car ride seemed very long, we got through it with a little music to create positive vibes and to get us pumped for this fabulous trip. When we finally got there it felt like we had driven for a century. We went underground 250 feet and were ready to begin the lovely journey. In the beginning it wasn't that dreadful but as we continued it became colder, more slippery, and had tighter spaces. It took us a very long , painful time to reach our destination of the beautiful, glorious sight of Ruby Falls but it was completely and utterly worth it. It was overall a great experience and the view left me breathless.

"0 DAYS LEFT ON THE COUNTDOWN!!" my cousin and I screamed in excitement as the day we had waited for months to come was finally here. This mesmerizing day had started off as a nightmare; we were rushing in and out of rooms, getting dressed and ready for the airport, making sure everything was packed and which resulted in everyone being crabby and stressed out. Luckily, we got to go to the airport not to mention in style, my aunt got a limo for us to be escorted into the airport with, which helped calm the madness. When we finally got to the airport we got to go straight through security without going through the stressful waiting process. After the usual airport routines we got McDonald's which was very much needed considering that A) it was very early in the morning and B) we were all starving and anxious to board our flight. When the time finally came to board the plane I was very excited for my first plane ride but still very uptight for the take off. Even though I was a bit queasy it didn't bother me because I knew I would have the best vacation ever.
