         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Eisenhower Doctrine was  if a  country was asking for help, the U.S would send American Economic assistance/aid + support from the U.S military if being threatened by aggression from another state. This showed how America was standing on business to stop Communism.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The USSR took advantage of the 4 zones preventing access into Berlin and closed Highway/Railroad routes to Berlin. Civlians only had 5 weeks worth of savagable food, so in response Truman made his move. American/British Planes came through with supplies, Stalin had realized he had lost &amp; the American Prestige had went up as well.</p>]]></description>
