The Eisenhower Doctrine was if a country was asking for help, the U.S would send American Economic assistance/aid + support from the U.S military if being threatened by aggression from another state. This showed how America was standing on business to stop Communism.

Civlians only had 5 weeks worth of savagable food, so in response Truman made his move. American/British Planes came through with supplies, Stalin had realized he had lost & the American Prestige had went up as well.

This was enough for people to get him checked; they had a trial, and they had a vote to have him removed. but he was able to remain as Senator but lost all power.
