Mostly I pay attention to how much interaction and engagement I get from participants. If there's a lot, I feel successful. If there's none, I try to figure out why (though it's always hard to know why people DON'T do something)

I don't remember the exact title but it was about equitable facilitation. Paying attention to who is on the edge and inviting them in. Also not assuming everyone has the same cultural norms

This has been really helpful to me. Seeing how others at EDC or other orgs create a welcoming environment, employ different engagement strategies, encourage engagement in different ways

I always try to monitor engagement throughout a meeting and flag when we lose people.

No attention to the knowledge/skill level of the audience, so spending too much time on basic information.
