         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reports of Fitness Session (Muscular endurance): Since this was our first session ever, it was difficult to adjust and prepare for it. We started off with a warm-up led by Parmis (team manager) and then the fitness session. Aditya led this session and at first, it was difficult due to us needing to plan the session but after that, we got into the rhythm and it benefited us when we started playing as we were warmed up and in the mindset.<br><br>Reports of Skills Session (Shooting Skills):<br>For our first Skills session of this project, Khaled prepared for us a skills session to practise our shooting skills.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Reports of Fitness Session (Cardiovascular endurance): On this week, we had our second fitness session that focused on cardiovascular endurance. This session went a lot better than last week since it was better planned and prepared. We started off with a warm-up while Aditya (Fitness Coach) and Aarohi (Equipment manager) set up the equipment for the session.&nbsp;<br><br>Reports of Skills Session (Dribbling Skills):<br>Our second skills session was done this week. The focus that was set this week was our dribbling session that Khaled decided on.
