There will be a group vote to decide who will go and look around the island for food and who will look around the island for supplies for a shelter. The group of people who got sent looking for food will go and look for trees with fruits and water sources for fish, they will get 3 people climbing trees for fruit and the rest of the group will make fishing rods and go fishing for some fish. Once they get the fish they will go back and make a fire too cook all the fish they caught for the whole group.

Leader vs leadership committee

All of the students will take an anonymous vote to decide who the group leader will be. They all had the choice to run for group leader, and only 7 people put their hand up and offered to run for leader. So we would write the seven names in the sand with a stick. One by one they would go up and put a check mark underneath the person's name they would like to run for the leader. They would count up the checkmarks and whoever had the most votes would be the group leader.

The leader will be giving jobs / tasks to every group member and they have to complete these jobs. There will be the hunters, cooks, builders, and fishers and law enforcers to keep everyone in line. The hunters will go through the forest looking for fruit and animals to kill and bring back to the site to the cooks who have to make a big firepit to roast all the food that the hunters bring back to eat. The builders will cut down trees and branches to make shelters to hide the animals at night and storms.Fishers will go fishing all day and come back to the site with the fish that they catch. The law enforcers will make sure that no one is breaking any rules and will punish anyone that does.

Yes, rules keep everybody civil and make sure that nobody kills anyone. There will be no violence on the island at all to ensure that all of the students are okay and well to go home if someone comes to save us. There will be a law that if you refuse to do your task/job you will be punished . There will be a rule about savoring food, as we have limited resources. You cannot be eating a lot of food in one sitting, you will have to savor it. You will have freedom to leave if you wish to do so by building a boat by example.

enforcing rules

We have law enforcers that the leader has chosen, the leader did this to make sure everyone understood and follow all of the rules that have been put in place. If people violate one of these rules one time the law enforcement will be told by someone and they will go and talk to the person about how they broke the rule and what the rules are. But if a rule is violated a second time this person will be punished by the law enforcers, and the law enforcers will take away their privileges for two weeks, such as good food and the ability to have fun.
