This tool is useful for several tasks and situations. Here are a few examples:
1. Planning a project (teachers and students): collecting interesting resources, brainstorming about the process, putting research together, collaborating with different ideas.
2. For the teacher to present information about a topic. You can include links, photos, documents, etc., for students to look through (when doing research or working independently and in groups) or to present in class and work through a unit.
3. In distance learning (as in the current situation), teachers can upload assignments each week for students to do at home. This works well with the "Estantería" format, one column for each subject.
4. Students can all write about their favorite pet/animal/book/city, etc. and include more information. Or in groups, each group can write about one planet/habitat/artist/musician in order to construct knowledge as a group.

This tool is very visual and easy to use. A person simply double-clicks on the screen to add a window, and uses the icons at the bottom of the window to add content (links, photos, videos, drawings, documents and more). This can be done by one person or collaboratively by a group of people, synchronous or asynchronous.
