         <description><![CDATA[<div>A firm is <strong>an organization which sells or produces something or which provides a service which people pay for</strong>. Firm is represented by a production function that summarizes the relationship between inputs and output given the current technology. Based on the diagram above, there are 4 firms. Firm 1 has used raw material to convert input B and then input C, Firm 2 has used raw material and converted to input E and firm 3 has also used raw material to convert to input F. Once these firms have converted raw material to input, then they produce Product i.e. product A. Once product A has been produced, firm 4 will distribute it to consumers.</div>]]></description>
