Don't be overly concerned with what you call it to begin with  - it can evolve. Talk to Elodie about her work in differentiating between groups.

Heidi - start with the end in mind. Make sure you invest a significant amount of time in planning what, why and how you want to collect.

Some practical suggestions:
- Closing polls at the end of each interaction - becomes a regular practice
- Ask what will they do next? What actions will you take?
- Get out of your own way - you can't do it all.
- Don't be the value detective all the time - you need support.
- Ensure you follow up with those people who committed to an action - did they do it? 
- Not everyone will have an action everytime - work with those who do have an action and don't stress about the others 
- 30 Day Challenge window - tee it up to have a timeframe
