         <description><![CDATA[<div>Flight is a skill where the students must use force to excel themselves up into the air this must be done gracefully and all their body parts must be off the floor.   <br><br>There are many flight element in gymnastics. Can you name some?<br><br>These flight element are often known as jumps but can also include leaps, turns, back flips and front flips.<br><br>The 3 jumps that we will concentrate on today are the stretch jump, a jump half turn and a tuck jump.<br><br>The first jump we are going to do is a <strong>stretch jump.</strong> <br>Look at the video below and attempt this jump <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When doing it I want you to keep the following cues in mind:</div><ul><li>Start off in a standing pencil position reaching up to the roof</li><li>Swing your arms down so they are slightly behind your hips whilst slightly bending your knees</li><li>Head up and trunk facing forwards</li><li>Push off the floor and reach your arms up to the roof </li><li>On the landing slightly bend your knees and keep your arms straight out in front of you.</li></ul><div><br>Try this jump again incorporating these cues.</div>]]></description>

In the middle of the jump you have to remember to:</div><ul><li>Keep your legs glued together </li><li>Rotate your hips and shoulders the same way</li><li>Trying to keep your body aligned </li></ul><div><br></div><div>Start off wit the jump half turn and once you get confident you can try a jump full turn.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
