This photo relates to anorexia because many people who are anorexic view themselves as a larger weight then they actually are. When an anorexic person looks in the mirror they see a person who is large or overweight, which is not usually the case. This causes them to continue to starve themselves until they see progress. Most often this process becomes addictive and very repetitive.
https://geneticliteracyproject.org/2017/07/12/chasing-origins-anorexia-genetics-may-play-role-complicated-disorder/

This photo describes Bulimia because many people who are bulimic eat food but insist on choking it right back up. They eat the food to feel satisfied and then immediately want to throw it up. Some people who are bulimic cannot even hold down their food anymore because their bodies have gotten so used to throwing it up. Many bulimics just eat food so they feel full, which doesn't really ever help.
http://www.lineaysalud.com/salud/mente/bulimia-y-anorexia

This photo represents binge eating because people who binge eat tend to be very self-conscience about their weight. They like to eat large amounts at a time which gets to be a very big problem. Most binge eaters tend to start binge eating because of depression or issues going on in their life. They feel that food helps them cope with their feelings but in all reality it makes them feel more depressed.
http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/eating-disorders/binge-eating-disorder/ss/slideshow-binge-eating-complications
