A. In order to maintain a professional standard toward your maintenance requests, we have placed the following procedures:

For all urgent maintenance enquiries, please note your call will be recorded and our maintenance team will contact you within 24 hours.

For all non-urgent items, please record these on your defect liability period warranty form, which is included in your customer handover folder or can be located here. Once we have received your warranty form, our maintenance department will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment.
