In the new role, Janek Pawlik was involved in the Fel-Pro Chemical Products Division’s sale and helped negotiate a $61 million sale price. He had similar duties for the Venezuelan Retail Operations’ divestiture. Mr. Pawlik was subsequently moved to the Multi-Layer Steel Gasket Business Unit and named a project manager.
