W2 + O1: Try to add a bit of technical information in case customer gives it further to IT-manager. However, we should lean more to less technical information - because we need to first motivate the customer to give it further.
T1 + O3: If it is not interesting to read, try to work more with hierarchy of visuals and text or add more visual information.
T2 + O2: If it is hard to scan remember that Images are easier to scan, therefore focus on illustrative information to make it easier to scan
T3 + S1: One final document does not mean the end of distribution. A/B testing is a possibility to find the best solution.
T4 + S2: Perhaps including the PDF as an image in the mail is a better way to send it digitally. This way there are no action needed from the customer to merely open - instead the customer can right away scan the image-document.
